iCodex sells digital products including but not limited to: web applications, source code, design assets, and startup packages. All products are delivered digitally.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We accept cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC), bank transfers, and card payments via Stripe. All payments are final upon confirmation.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered via secure download links or repository access within 1-3 business days after payment verification. Delivery details are sent to your registered email and visible in your dashboard.

5. License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, modify, and deploy the purchased product. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code as-is. Modified products may be used commercially.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of significant product defects that cannot be resolved within the support period.

7. Support

Each product includes a support period as specified in the listing (typically 3-6 months). Support covers deployment assistance, bug fixes, and reasonable questions about the codebase.

8. Limitation of Liability

iCodex provides products "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased products.
